Ruth Blount

Ruth Klein Blount, 79 of Petersburg, died November 10, 2008 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Wally Weissler Klein. She was a member of Christ & Grace Episcopal Church and a retired assistant manager of the Petersburg Country Club. She is survived by her husband, Milton Earnest Blount; two sons, Norbert S. Ewick and wife, Kelli and Roger C. Ewick; three grandsons, Jason K. Ewick, Weston K. Ewick and Steven T. Ewick; sister, Inge Niedermeir of Pirmasens, Germany; and a very close friend, Margaret Dacey. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be conducted 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at Christ & Grace Episcopal Church. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park.
