Ruth Turner

Ruth Chavious Turner, age 89, of Chester, VA, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010.   She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Turner. Mrs. Turner was formerly from Philadelphia Pa. She is survived by three daughters, Jennie Parker, Joan Thomas, and Robin Ford, six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Chester chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son funeral home on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will take place in the funeral home on Wednesday, April 14; at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester.
