Ryan Wayne Dotson

Ryan Wayne Dotson, 22, of Chester, VA passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020. Ryan was a 2016 graduate of Thomas Dale High School and had been employed with both Kroger and Food Lion. He is survived by his mother, Michelle Dotson; his father, Rodney Dotson; a sister, Jessica Dotson; grandparents, Dollie and Ron Kimberlin and Charlie and Debbie Dotson; a cousin, Tyler Dotson and his daughter, Skylar; and his faithful K9 Companion, Ruger. He is also survived by a very close loving friend Chandler. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. The family request that people attending the services wear happy colors and invites you to come as you are. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your local SPCA in memory of Ryan Dotson.
