Sally Ann Rigby, 72, A resident of Chester, Passed away Sunday ,October 4,2015.Sally was a secretary for Atlantic Electric in Richmond for many years. She was preceded in death by her brothers Donnie and David Hildebrandt .She is survived by her loving husband Thomas R. Rigby and beloved sisters Linda and Kathy .Services will be private.
