Samuel Prevette

Samuel Kenneth Prevette, age 71, of Chesterfield, VA, died on Sunday, March 25, 2007. He was born in Davidson County, N.C., the son of the late David and Beatrice Coffey Prevette. Mr. Prevette spent most of his working career as an automobile salesperson, and was also a sportsman and outdoorsman. He truly loved spending time with family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Frances L. Prevette; four sons, Sam Jr., Steven, Ron, and Ricky; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; a brother, James and wife Brenda; and two foster sisters, Carolyn and Diane. The family will receive friends at the J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Chesterfield on Tuesday, March 27, 2007 from 6 to 8 p.m. Graveside funeral services will follow on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, VA.
