Sandra Juanita Belcher

Sandra “Sandy” Juanita Belcher, 79, of Sutherland, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019. Born in Klamath Falls, Oregon, she was the daughter of the late Reed Droz and Eleanor Droz Brown and step-daughter to the late James W. Brown. She was also preceded in death by son-in-law, Bill Fidler, Jr. Mrs. Belcher is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Larry Belcher; four children, Nancy Fidler, Larry Belcher (Caralee), Katy Belcher, and Loren Piotrowski (Frank); five grandchildren, Joshua Sheffield (Shannon), Nick Sheffield, Rachel Piotrowski, Lawrence Belcher, and Jacob Piotrowski; three great-grandchildren, Wade, Miller, and Audrina; two siblings, Gary Droz and Renate Hammond and their families; special nieces, Rosie Rathbone and Melissa Wilkins; along with nieces and nephews, Patti Williams, Melody Bage, the late Robert Fowler, Robert Belcher, Wesley Belcher, Stephanie Maximini, Steve Belcher, Jason Droz, Travis Droz, Jamie Strosnider, and Holly Varnier. Sandy enjoyed shopping, crocheting and watching her “programs”. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and taking care of them. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff of the MSTICU at Chippenham Medical Center for their exceptional care and support. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Blandford Cemetery.
