Sandra Lea Cobb

Sandra L. Cobb (Sandy), of Chesterfield, VA, passed away on April 3, 2024. She was born to the late Thomas and Esther Goswick; and was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 38 years, George W. Cobb. Sandy was born and raised in Mechanicsville, VA, she was a loving mother and grandmother, who worked for the state of Virginia, until she took early retirement to stay home and care for her first grandchild. She enjoyed working in her yard and tending to her flowers, as well as, long weekends with her husband in Nags Head, NC.

Sandy is survived by her children, Marcus Goswick (Tony) and Tina Daly (Greg); granddaughter, Abigail Daly; and her siblings, Donna Throckmorton and Jerry Goswick.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 1:00 pm, at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Dale Memorial Park.

While flowers are welcome, memorial contributions may be made to Samaritans Purse and or St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
