Sandra Mobley Frazier

Sandra Mobley Frazier, 75, of Prince George, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell Wynn Mobley, Sr. and Nellie Faye Mobley; as well as her brother, Russell Wynn Mobley, Jr. Sandra retired after many years of employment in real estate law. She was a fan of the music group "Il Divo" and also enjoyed collecting David Winters houses. Sandra enjoyed collecting recipes and cooking for her family. She loved her pups, Zoey and Sophie. Most of all, Sandra was an amazing wife, mother, and Mimi, and will be dearly missed by her family. Sandra is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Otis Frazier; children, Anita Morgan, Troy Frazier (Denise), Forest Frazier (Heather), and Lesley Baker (Ryan); grandchildren, Cole Morgan, Ryan Sabin, Carter Frazier, Madison Frazier, Jacob Baker, Lucas Baker, and Finley Baker; great-grandchild, Bella Frazier; and a host of extended family members and friends. A funeral service will be held at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home - Chester Chapel, 3050 W. Hundred Road, on Friday, February 10, 2023, at 1:00 PM, with interment following the service at Dale Memorial Park. The family would like to thank Enhabit Home Health and Hospice, as well as Dr. Sukumaran with the Virginia Cancer Institute, for their compassionate care of Sandra during this difficult time.
