Sandy Servantez passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on August 30, 2021 after a courageous battle with Ovarian Cancer. She was born June 13, 1967 in Temple, TX. She was the youngest of 8 children born to the late Isabel and Hipolita Servantez. She graduated from Temple High School, class of ‘85. From her home state of Texas, she came to Virginia in 1988 to join her residing family & make her lasting home in Richmond. She was always a true Texan at heart and visited her family from her home state as often as she could. She worked for Lowe’s in Chester as the number 1 sales specialist in the Millwork department for the last 17+ years and she loved her Lowe’s family! She met so many people over the years working there & always had her regular customers. She loved life, her family, her fur babies & friends. She enjoyed making memories, always bringing family together & a ton of laughter at all her gatherings/parties and had the best smile! She is survived by her son, Sebastian Bishoff, & her fur baby girl Dima, her 3 Godchildren Jon Marcos (Marky) Servantez, Cristiano (Nano) & Shiah Dickerson. 4 Sisters: Rachel Depoy, Oralia (Audrey) Wilson, Victoria (Vicky) Osterholt (Randy) & Bernadette (Betty) Moreno. 3 Brothers: Fidel Dearri (Barbra), Alexander Servantez (Maria) & Isabel Jr. Servantez (Soccoro). Nieces: Paula Stout (Jim), Allison (Jill) Hernandez (Roland), Karen Shelton (Michael), Rosalinda Dickerson (Chris), Brenda Roman & Veroniqúe Moreno. Nephews: David Depoy, Carlos Vargas (Denise), Joseph Wilson (Erin), Daniel Depoy, Isabel (Al) III, Joshua, Robert, Oscar Roman & Adam Roman, all of her beloved great nephews and nieces, & a host of amazing friends & wonderful co-workers. The family will receive friends at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home - Chester Chapel, 3050 W. Hundred Rd. Chester, VA 23831 on Friday, September 3, 2021 6:00pm-8:00pm for a viewing & a memorial service will take place on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 11:00am. Her funeral procession will continue unto her final resting place at Hill Crest Cemetery in Temple, TX.
