Sarah Ann Dailey was called home Monday, April 29, 2019, Sarah was a very devoted Wife, Mother, Sister and friend. She found her greatest
joy in her family, nurturing and doing everything in her power to give all of herself.
She loved cosmetology and at one time worked for a hair dress shop. Her last job was working as a dietician at the Colonial Heights Convalescent Center.
In her spare time she enjoyed antique shopping and playing on her facebook as well as facebook games. She met many a friends on the social network.
She was a very devout and loyal Christian and attended services whenever possible.
She is survived by her son, Donald Q. Dailey; Fiancé, William Coggle; step-Son, Guy R. Dailey, Jr.; and step daughters, Patrisha Ludwig, and Michelle Collins; grandchildren, Donald Quinten Dailey, Jr., Taylor Dailey, Guy “Tripp” Dailey, Justin Dailey, Amy Shields, Billy Emory Jr, and Chelsee Russell; sisters, Mary Brown, Pete Merry, and Fran Fulton. She also leaves behind many great-grandkids, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She is proceeded in death by her husband, Guy Roberts Dailey; parents Andrew and Lyndon Taylor; and sister, Doris Seaver.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 6, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at J.T. Morriss & Son Dinwiddie Chapel. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 7 at 1:00 p.m. Condolences may be registered online at
