Scott Altman

Scott Charles Altman, age 42, of Chester, VA, died on Thursday, March 27, 2008. Born in Park Ridge, IL, he was the son of Charles O. and Frances Green Altman also of Chester. Scott spent most of his working career in the construction industry, and was a loving son and brother. He is also survived by a sister, Karen Smith and husband David; and nieces, Allison and Hannah, all of Baltimore. A private cremation will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Thomas Palliative Care Unit Massey Cancer Center, North Hospital, 1300 E. Marshall St. Richmond, VA 23298.
