Sharon Ann Diamond

Sharon Ann Diamond, 77, of Chester, VA., died, Friday, February 19, 2016.
She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Bauer; husband, Fred Diamond, and son, Pat Diamond.
Sharon was a member of the Hopewell Optimist Club for many years. She was a wonderful wife, and mother who enjoyed helping people and never met a stranger.
She is survived by her mother, Evelyn Bauer; Children, Keith Steele (Kathy), Jackie Bush, Lisa Dawson (Steve), and Richard Diamond (Ginger); five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; brothers, Gordon Bauer (Gloria), David Bauer (Onja), Butch Bauer (Helen); sister, Mary Lou Bauer, and numerous extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends, 6:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday, February 25, 2016 at J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home 820 W. Broadway Hopewell, VA., where a service will be conducted, 11:00am Friday, February 26, 2016. Interment will follow in Bermuda Memorial Park.
