Sharron L. Petrick

Sharron L. Petrick, 69, of Prince George, VA, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022. Sharron was the daughter of the late Mary and Elmer "Ham" Harlow. She was predeceased by her husband, John Petrick, Jr.; and brother, James "Eddie" Brooke. Sharron was an avid bowler and traveled the country as such. She was also a member of the team, Granny & the Young Bucks, where she was affectionately known as "Granny". She loved traveling, studying genealogy, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She retired from the HON Company after many years of dedicated service. Sharron is survived by her daughter, Theresa Oakley and husband, Tod; son, Richard Lipes and wife, Holly; five grandchildren, Nicholas, Katherine, and Brianna Oakley, and Ethan and Aaron Lipes; devoted friend, Greg Finch; and numerous loving, extended family members. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 11 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 2:00pm.
