Shirley Anne Smith Blankenship

Shirley Anne Smith Blankenship, 78, of Chesterfield passed away on December 24, 2012. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Irby Blankenship. She was a devoted Christian all of her life and a member of Chester United Methodist Church for many years. Shirley was a loving mother and grandmother who will be missed dearly. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Gary McKown; grandson, Thomas C. Guthrie; granddaughter, Katherine A. Guthrie; and sister, Yvonne Webb. A memorial service will be held in her honor at 1:00 p.m. Saturday December, 29, 2012 at Chester United Methodist Church, 12132 Percival Street Chester, VA 23831. Interment will be private.
