Shirley Morgan Blankenship

Shirley Morgan Blankenship, 83, of Chester, VA passed away on December 1, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Jack” Blankenship. She is survived by her daughters, Sheila Soloe and Vickie O’Connell (Pat); grandson, Shane Neace (Jessie); great-grandchildren, Deven, Reid and Brooke Neace; brother, Dicky Morgan (May); a sister, Barbara Bradley; and her “furry” companions, Emily and Bailey. She retired from American Filtrona with 26 years of service. There will be a memorial service held at a later date. The family is being served by the Chester Chapel of J.T.
