Shirley Tuck

Shirley Ann Tuck, 73, of Colonial Heights, passed away on May 13, 2011. She was the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Mary Harold Davis. Mrs. Tuck was also preceded in the death by her husband Melvin Tuck; and two sisters, Mary Frances Mann and Helen Virginia Fuller. She is survived by two sons Michael Wayne Davis and wife Sandi, and Robert Lee Davis Sr.; a daughter Mary Ann Owen; nine grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren; and a brother Lawrence Davis and wife Ethel. Mrs. Tuck has battled cancer and other illnessâ??s for many years. The most important thing to her in life was the love for her family and her faith in god. She will truly be missed. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg, with the Rev. Robert Livesay officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, May 16, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home.
