Shirley Ann Womack

Shirley Ann Womack, 83, of Spring Hill, Florida passed on October 19, 2018. Shirley was born on March 27, 1935, to Clifton and Virginia Comer in Halifax County, Virginia. She came to Florida in 2015 from Virginia. Shirley is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Clifton Womack. Shirley was Baptist by faith and was very active in her church, Pine Grove Baptist, Dinwiddie, VA, when she was able. She is survived by her 3 children, Brenda Womack of Chesterfield, VA, Judy Archer of Disputanta, VA and Bill Womack of Spring Hill, FL; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, David Comer of Dinwiddie, VA, and sister; Virginia Marshall of Disputanta, VA. Shirley enjoyed word search puzzles, watching TV in her later years, and working with her flowers in her garden. She will be missed. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October, 24, 2018 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
