Sonia Guerrieri Dawson

Sonia Guerrieri Dawson, 77, of Dinwiddie County, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015. Born and raised in Lakewood, NJ, she was the only child of the late Anthony and Gloria Guerrieri. Sonia was generous, friendly, and fun loving. She never met a stranger. She loved all animals and adopted every stray that came to her home. She is survived by her husband, Charles John Dawson; son, Michael Juszkiewicz; daughters, Denise Anderson and Lisa John, nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 13, 2015 at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Dinwiddie Animal Shelter.
