Sr. A. Peppers

Kenneth Alan Peppers, Sr., 59, of Leesburg, VA, formerly of Chester, lost his battle with cancer on December 6, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father, T. Y. Peppers, Sr. and his brother, Gary E. Peppers, Sr. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Kimberly Brennan Peppers; three sons, K. Alan Peppers, Jr., Andrew Peppers, and Joseph Peppers; one step-son, Lin Ackerman; three daughters, Penny Peppers Moreno and husband, Pete, Brittany Peppers, and Allison Peppers; his mother, Ardella Gent Peppers; four grandchildren; brothers, M. Wayne Peppers and wife, Katherine, D. Leroy Peppers and wife, Linda, Charles E. Peppers and wife, Michelle, T. Y. Peppers, Jr. and wife, Brenda; sisters, Teresa Peppers Cousins and husband, Randy, and V. Renee Peppers Eubanks and husband, Patrick; father-in-law, Ed Brennan and wife, Chris; mother-in-law, Peggy Brennan. Kenneth was a 1970 graduate of Thomas Dale High School. He served as a military police officer in the U. S. Army and was a retired millwright of 35 years at Local 1402. In his retirement years, he worked and lived at Rokeby Farms in Leesburg, VA. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 9th, at the Chester Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A graveside funeral service will follow at 2:15 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park, Chester.
