Sr., Gene Piner

Bobby Gene Piner, Sr., passed away Friday May 11, 2007. He was the son of the late Monnie & Gatsie Hardy Piner. He was retired from Hercules Chemical; Company where he worked as a carpenter for 30 years. Bobby leaves to cherish his memory a son, Bobby G. Piner II of Chesterfield, daughters; Connie Mathews & husband, Mike of Midlothian, Kimberly Heffler & husband, Jerry of Chester, Grandchildren; Susan & John Mathews of Midlothian, Lauryn & Amanda Piner, Alex Heffler all of Chester, brothers; Monnie Piner, Wayne Piner & wife, Barbara, of Prince George, and Gary Piner of Hopewell. The family will receive friends Monday May 14, 2007 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T.Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel Tuesday May 15, 2007 at 11:00 AM with Dr. Ivan Perkinson officiating.
