Sr. P. Webb

Ashby Paige Webb, Sr., 76 of Hopewell, died Friday, May 27, 2005 at his residence. He was born in Henrico Co., Virginia. Mr. Webb served in the U S Marine Corps during WWII and the Korean Conflict and was a Operations Agent for Eastern Airlines, retired after 35 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton W. and Ruth Price Webb. Surviving are his wife Doris Pace Webb of Hopewell, three daughters, Doris W. Towe and husband Mark of Potomac, MD, Ruth W. Lowery and husband Mike of Chesterfield Co, Va., Robin W. Dicker and husband John of Denver, Co. a son, A. Paige Webb, Jr. and wife Terrie of Prince George, Va. seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The family will receive friends Monday, May 30, 2005 from 6-7:30 PM in the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2005 at 2:00 PM in the funeral chapel with Rev. Dr. John Carpenter, pastor of First Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Westover Episcopal Church Cemetery, Charles City, Va.
