Frank Stockell McNeilly, Sr., 68, of Chester, died on July 31, 2004. Beloved husband of Linda Kay Mcneilly loving father of Catherine Marie McNeilly and Frank S. McNeilly Jr. and his wife Teresa Ellis McNeilly and cherished grandfather of Kayla, Matthew, Ryan, Savannah, and Kevin. He was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Mary and brother Robert. He was born in Detroit Michigan. He was a graduate of Father Ryan High School and Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He was a Chemical Engineer retired from Allied Signal’s Technical Center; he also worked in the Hopewell and Philadelphia plants. His career also included working at Stauffer Chemical in Nashville, TN., Morrisville, PA. and Baton Rouge, LA. He was active in the Colonial Heights Sr. Golf Association and enjoyed sharing his woodworking passion. Relatives and friends may gather at a Mass of the Resurrection, in celebration of his life, which will be held at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church Richmond, Va. on August 15, 2004 at 4:00PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Augustine’s Catholic Church.
