Stanley Pollard â??Bubbaâ? Bowe Jr. 61 of Petersburg passed away on Monday June 28, 2010. He is preceded in death by his son, father, Stanley Bowe Sr.; sister, Shirley Bowe Lang; and his best friend â??Tinyâ? Oliver. He is survived by his mother, Winnie Bowe; two nieces, Tammie Boykin, Michelle Elmore; nephew, Roy Francis Jr.; numerous great nieces and nephews, brother Bill Ferguson; a special friend Donna Williams and all of the family and friends who he played gospel music with. Bubba worked in construction for many years and also was a race car driver for numerous years. He enjoyed music, spending time with his family and friends, and was a huge NASCAR fan. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8PM on Wednesday June 39, 2010 at the J.T.Morriss and Son Petersburg Chapel.
