He is survived by his parents, Horace and Mamie Harrell; daughters, Kelly Allen and husband, Bobby, Amanda Conner, Kay Caldwell and husband, Rocky, and Jan Hebden; grandchildren, Kylie and Taylor Allen, Morgan and Dale Conner, Jason Hebden, Katie and Rocky Caldwell; brothers, Dana Hebden and wife, Dottie, and Chris Hebden, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
