Stephen Eric Reid

Stephen Eric Reid, 57, peacefully departed this life on October 12, 2023. Eric was preceded in death by his father, Peter D. Reid; maternal grandparents, Louise and Oscar A. Martin, Sr.; fraternal grandparents, Esther and Furnie Reid, of Henderson, N.C.; step-brother, Michael S. Jones. He is survived by his daughter, Erica Nicole Ford and husband, Bryan Rosenfield; grandchildren, Evie T. Ford, Ezra A. Ford, Linkoln A. Ford, and Lilith R. Rosenfield; mother, Dolores Howard and husband, William Howard; brother, Timothy S. Reid and wife, Janet; brother, Michael S. Reid and husband, Levi Barr; sister, Cindy L. Reid and husband, Randy Pulley; sister, Rebecca Baker; as well as numerous extended family and friends. A celebration of Eric's life will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., at Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens.
