Susan Diane Davis

Susan Diane Davis, 62, of Chester, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2015 in the company of her beloved friends. Susan was born in Richmond, Virginia to Bernard and Beatrice Parrish. She went to Thomas Dale High school and graduated in 1973. She continued her education at Longwood University graduating in 1975 with a Bachelor’s degree in education. Her love of education led her to Virginia Commonwealth University where she achieved her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Development. Susan was preceded in death by her father, Bernard Parrish; late husband, David Stephen Noll. Susan is survived by her Mother, Beatrice Parrish of Chester, Virginia; husband, Kenneth Davis of Chester, Virginia; son, Ronald FaJohn and his wife, Lisa of Midlothian, Virginia; step-sons, Sean Davis, and Jason Davis and his wife, Jennifer; and ten grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Chester Baptist Church on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Lloyd Braswell officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chester Baptist Church, 4317 School St. Chester, VA 23831.
