Susan Lavenstein

Susan Fisher Lavenstein, 74, of Petersburg passed away Sunday September 27, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Herman Guy and Suzanne Greist Fisher. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Victor Woerner Lavenstein; son Victor Lavenstein, Jr.; daughters, Susan Cashmore, Louise Rosa, Sara Naftaly and seven grandchildren. Susan was a past member of the Petersburg Hospital Authority, a seventeen year member of the Massey Cancer Center Advisory board and a member of the Petersburg Garden Club. She was a graduate of Chatham Hall and earned her BA degree at Smith College. A service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday October 2, 2009 at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service with burial to follow at Rodof Sholom Cemetery.
