Suzanne Mann Hawkins

October 21, 1948 — December 29, 2015

Suzanne Mann Hawkins, 67, of Varina died Tuesday, December 29, 2015. She was born in Matoaca the daughter of the late Herbert and Mary Gee Mann. Suzanne was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to travel, was a voracious reader and enjoyed watching and going to the movies with her friends. Suzanne was an avid Tech fan and Saturdays were often spent watching football games. She is survived by her husband, Rudy L. Hawkins; a son, Travis W. Hawkins and his wife, Heather; two twin daughters, Shana L. Hawkins and Sheila H. Roller and her husband, Dan; four grandchildren, Harlie Marie Hawkins, Hollyn Blair Hawkins, Remington Reese Roller and Rudy Mae Roller. She was also preceded in death by her three brothers, Eric Mann, Perry Mann and Richard Mann. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 2nd from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 2:00 pm with interment to follow in Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to VCU Massey Cancer Center, PO Box 980037, Richmond, VA 23298-0037. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
