Teddy Joe Ball, Sr.

After a brief illness, Teddy Joe Ball, Sr. went home to be with the Lord at 4:30 a.m. on January 28, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe Harrison Ball and Roxie Hunter Ball. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Ball; two sons, Teddy Joe Ball, Jr. (Bonnie), Jason Christopher Ball; a sister, Linda Ball Canipe (Tommy); two stepdaughters, Barbara Silvey Whitt and Jill Silvey Jefferson (Stephen). He has two grandsons, seven granddaughters, and one great-grandson. Ted is also survived by three loving nephews, six great nieces and nephews, and a host of dear friends.
Ted was an active member of New Life Outreach International Church and proudly served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1967 to 1968. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the New Life Outreach International Church, 1005 Turner Road, N. Chesterfield, VA 23225 on Friday, February 5, 2021. A processional will follow for a military committal service at Sunset Memorial Park, 2901 West Hundred Road, Chester, VA 23831.
