Terence Geoffrey Weedon

Terence Geoffrey “Terry” Weedon, 74, of Chester, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018. Born in Luton Bedfordshire, England, he was the son of the late Jack Weedon and Lizzie Woodbridge Janes. He was also preceded in death by step-father, Ted Janes; and brother, Mick Weedon. Terry was a loving and devoted husband, father and gran gran. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Maureen Weedon; sons, Robert Weedon (Regina), Gary Weedon, Jon-Paul Weedon and Darren Weedon (Nora); and grandchildren, Malyna, Stephanie, Mark, Jon-Paul II, Patrick, Taylor, Hannah, Matthew, Joshua and Piper. Terry was employed with Philip Morris as a Manufacturing Technician. He was a member of the Buffs/Baker Union. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, music, poker, darts and dominoes. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
