Thomas L. James

Thomas L. James, 85, of Dinwiddie, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Born in Petersburg, VA, he was the son of the late William Thomas James and Mildred Howerton James. He is survived by his wife, Mary James; three sons, Billy James and his wife, Wanda, Tommy James, and Dale James; one sister, Ann Harvill and her husband, Chuck; one brother, Dan James; three grandchildren, Kimberly James and her fiancé, Neil Seymour, Billy James, Jr. and his wife, Sonia James, and Kristina James; seven great-grandchildren, Michael Cox and his girlfriend, Tesla McDaniel, Hayden Staszewski, Alicia James, Logan James, Steven Figueroa, Jr., Aziah Figueroa, David Figueroa; and numerous other extended family and friends who loved him dearly. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
