Thomas Payne

Thomas Vernon Payne, 64, formerly of Dinwiddie passed away on Friday, August 8, 2008. He was a former employee of the Dinwiddie Sheriffs office and a charter member of Namozine Volunteer Fire Department. He is survived by his wife, Jean Payne; his son, Mark; 4 step children and 11 grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Monday, August 11, 2008 from 6 to 8 pm. A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at Blandford Cemetery.
