Thurman Wilson Hubbard, Sr.

Thurman Wilson Hubbard, Sr., 91, of Chester, VA, was called home on April 4, 2025. He is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Anne Elliot Hubbard; and his son, Thurman Wilson Hubbard, Jr. He is survived by his loving son, James Lilton Hubbard; his grandson, James Luke Hubbard; Stacy Huband; and special family friend, Judy Wall.

T.W. Hubbard was truly a leader of his family and a dedicated father. He served his country and devoted his career to public service as a firefighter. T.W. had a love for motorsports and a great appreciation for NASCAR in its golden era.

A graveside service will be held in his honor on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 11 AM, at Mt. Gilead United Methodist Church Cemetery.
