Timothy M. Campbell

Timothy M. Campbell, 55, of Chesterfield County, VA, a survivor of colorectal cancer, died Thursday, September 27, 2018. Tim was a 1981 graduate of Groveport Madison High School, Groveport, OH. He relocated to Virginia and was employed by Alstom Power Generation for many years. Tim enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being on the water on his pontoon boat, but most of all, he loved being a Papaw. He was preceded in death by his father, James Robert Campbell; maternal grandparents, Charles and Opal Rohr; paternal grandparents, Robert and Audrey Campbell; and a sister-in-law, Saundra Campbell. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Tammy Hatton Campbell; daughter, Ashley Bridgman (Jacob); son, James Campbell; grandchildren, Bryant and Larson Bridgman; mother, Twila “Sis” Campbell (Don McKee); brothers, Robert Campbell, Jeffrey Campbell (Sandy), and Christopher Campbell (Julie), as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home followed by interment at Southlawn Memorial Park.
