Tinnie Reekes

Tinnie Reekes, 78, of Chesterfield passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2008. She was the daughter of the late Sterling T. Reekes, Sr. and Annie Moore Reekes. Tinnie was a member of Greenwood Presbyterian Church in Chesterfield County. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Dunsmore and husband, Chuck; granddaughter, Candace Stearns and husband, Michael; grandson, Jeremy Kerns and wife, Tonya; sisters, Virginia Dowdy and Barbara Lang; sister-in-law, Alma Reekes and her devoted caregivers, Alberta, Beth, Monique, and Sherry. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Sunday, November 2, 2008 from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Monday, November 3, 2008 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Blandford Cemetery. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
