Tommy Peterson Jones, 55, of Dinwiddie died Thursday, November 16, 2006 at Southside Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late Major I. Jones, Sr. and Inez Peterson Jones and the husband of Betty Chapman Jones. He is survived by his step-daughters, Lonelle M. Guilliams and husband, Bobby, Dawn E. Southall, Michelle L. Stewart and Debra L. Berry and husband, Kenneth; brother, Major I. Jones, Jr. and wife, Linda; nephew, Major I. Jones, III and wife, Christie; nieces, Angela Gomez and Lisa Andusko and husband, Chris; great-nephews, C.J. Gomez and Major I. Jones, IV; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Sunday, November 19, 2006 from 4 to 6 pm.
