Tony Uzel

Tony Joseph Uzel, 88, of Richmond died Wednesday, September 13, 2006. He was born in Dinwiddie County, son of the late Frank and Mary Uzel. He was a Veteran of the U.S Navy and served his country in World War II. Tony loved the River, fishing, bowling and teaching water-skiing. He is survived by his three daughters Linda Maclin (John), Martha Uzel (Neal), and Patricia Lundquist; six grandchildren Candace Gresham, Tyler Maclin, Shelly Dietrich (John), Alex Maclin, Ginnie Maclin, and Carrie Lundquist; and former wife Evelyn Uzel. The family will receive friends Friday night at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son from 6 to 8 PM. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Saturday, September 16th at 2 PM at St. Johnâ??s Catholic Church, Dinwiddie.
