Traci Hess

Traci E. Hess, beloved mother, sister, and friend, entered into eternal peace on March 9, 2005 at the age of 41. She will be reunited in heaven with her father James A. Weaver, mother Una Grace Weaver, and her beloved brother Michael D. Weaver. She is survived by her loving daughter, Desiree D. Clements: a sister Elizabeth A. Jessup; beloved friend David J. Cacciotti; and a number of friends who were dear to her heart. The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Monday, March 14th from 7 to 9 PM. A memorial services will be held at the funeral home at 7 PM Tuesday night.
