Tracie Lynn Vaughan

The gates of Heaven opened to a beautiful sight when our angel, Tracie Lynn Vaughan, was received by Our Lord and Savior on January 31, 2022. Tracie was welcomed into the open arms of her precious Khloe Elizabeth Vaughan and her big Bubba, Jerry A. Worley, Jr. Tracie is the daughter of Judith and Pat Harris and Margaret and Jerry A. Worley, Sr. In addition to her parents, she leaves behind the Love of Her Life, Steven Vaughan; and their sons, Scott Andrews (Brittany) and Travis Vaughan (Alex); her precious baby boy, Jerry Michael; a devoted big sister, Donna Gayle Sheffield; three brothers, Corey Harris (Kari), J.R. Worley (Brandy) and Ryan Harris (Neylla); a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; among those a special aunt, Diane Beasley; special niece, Jamie Sheffield; and special nephews, Kyle and Trey Worley. Tracie was Gigi to her eight grandbabies, Ayden, Bella, Scottie, Laina, Jake, Waylon, Kamryn and Willie who simply adored her. She was loved endlessly by her family, her friends and her Jeff's Place family. She was an exceptionally beautiful woman, both inside and out, who lit up every room that she entered. She was known for her stunning smile and funny sense of humor. She truly was our sunshine on a cloudy day. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home with the Pastor Arthur Lands of Southside Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park.
