Travis Lee Jacobs

Travis Lee Jacobs, 35, of Disputanta, VA, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018. He is survived by his daughter, Shelby Jacobs; mother and father, Martin “Marty” Jacobs and Tammy Lynn Jacobs; grandparents, Eileen and Norm Didion; special friend, Ashley Powers-Preskar; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm on Friday, May 4, 2018 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home 820 W. Broadway Ave. Hopewell, VA 23860.
