Troy M. Mitchell

Troy Lee Mitchell Stell, 46, of Church Road, passed away Saturday February 26, 2011. Troy was employed as a Store Manager for Uppyâ??s on River Road in Chesterfield, was the part time owner operator of He-man Moving & Storage Company in California and also in Virginia. He was always young at heart and cherished his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews mother and father. He was a great fan of the Flintstones, Wonder Woman, and especially Archie Comics. His collection of Flintstone and Archie memorabilia is enormous. Troy is survived by his parents; Elton W. & Roselyn P. Stell, brothers; Phillip W. Stell & wife, Susan of Texas, Lawrence E. Stell of Chesterfield, Tracy E. W. Stell & wife Diana of Dinwiddie, sisters; Kathryn D. Schoening & husband, Warren of Chesterfield, Kalley J. Saye & husband Danny, numerous nieces, nephews and a very devoted friend Rodney â??Rioâ? Williams. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Monday February 28, 2011 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM a memorial service will be held at a later date.
