Ty Matthew Manley

Ty Matthew Manley, 42, of Chester, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014. Mr. Manley attended Colonial Heights Baptist Church. He greatly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his beloved nephews. Mr. Manley was a member of the Colonial Heights Jaycees. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert and Ethyl Herlein, and Rufus and Pauline Elliott; uncle, Jim Elliott, and his wife, Beverly. Mr. Manley is survived by his loving parents, Larry and Carolyn Elliott Manley; brother, Troy Manley; nephews, Elliott and Shea Manley; uncle, Bill Elliott and his wife, Mary; aunt, Marilyn Manley; and other extended family and friends. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 14, 2014 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Following the service, the family will receive friends until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
