V J. Preston

Virginia Jones Preston, 89, of Richmond, VA passed away on August 30, 2005. She was the widow of Gordon Preston, her husband of 57 years and a retired clerical supervisor for the WV Department of Welfare. Mrs. Preston was predeceased by her parents, Webster and Wavie Jones, her brother, Leon Jones and her sister, Barbara Kruk. She is survived by her daughter, Betsy of Richmond; her son, Bill and his wife, Gary of Raleigh NC.; and two grandchildren, Courtney of Atlanta and Brandon of Raleigh. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Kathy Blank of Charleston; Kelley Moran of Bethel, CT., Keith Ann Cornelius of South Plainfield, NJ; Brad Jones of Englewood, FL and Todd Jones of Shepherdstown, WV. A Memorial Service will be held at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service 11:00 am Friday, September 2, 2005.
