Vera Harvell

Vera Bratcher Harvell, 84, of Hopewell died Wednesday, March 7, 2007 in John Randolph Medical Center. She was born in Sopchoppy, Florida and was a long time resident of Hopewell. Mrs. Harvell was a retired cashier for campus housing at Florida State University. She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Sarah Revell Bratcher and the widow of Clarence D. Harvell. Mrs. Harvell is survived by a daughter, Sarah K. Harvell of Daytona Beach, FL, a son, Jimmy D. Harvell and Judy Wilson of Sutherland, VA, 4 grandchildren, Kimberly C., Christopher S., Chad M. and Jessica L. Harvell, 3 great grandchildren and a sister, Thelma Finch of Pensacola, FL. A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 10, 2007 at 2:00 PM in Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens, Prince George County, with the Rev.
