Vicki Karen Boman

Vicki Karen Boman, 66, of Chesterfield VA, passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017. Born in Henderson, KY she was the daughter of the late Alney Tanner and Bettie Wray. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Jay Hoffman; as well as her sister, Robin Halderman. Ms. Boman was a very strong and giving person who raised her four children by herself and was known by all their friends as mom. She was a very respected finance manager having worked for Bill Talley Ford for many years. She is survived by her children, Craig Elder, Karen Jarrelle, James Elder, Ray Bullock, Jodie Howell, and Missy Green (Michael); grandchildren, Heather, Madelyne, Hayden, Parker, Astrid, and Sienna; her significant other, Mike Pate; and sister, Wanda Hart. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 20 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son.
