Virginia Carole Gordon

Virginia Carole Gordon, 70, of Chester, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2014. She was the daughter of the late James and Virginia Cornett. Mrs. Gordon is survived by her loving husband, James Gordon; daughter, Sonya Jones and her husband, Jerry; son, Richard Gordon and his wife, Margaret; granddaughters, Amy Wooden and Angie Clatterbuck; grandsons, Nevin Barnes and Gavin Gordon; four great-grandchildren; and other loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home with visitation to follow until 8:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
