Virginia Winn

Virginia Jones Winn, born September 24, 1933 in Brunswick County, VA passed peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on April 25, 2012. She is survived by her husband, of 44 years Lewis Winn; daughters Diane â??Deeâ? Sweat (Kenneth), Teresa Ford; son, Lewis â??Lewâ? Winn, II; grandchildren, Dustin and Jesse (Ashby) Arsenault and Mathew Ford; great grandchildren Jessica and Colton Arsenault; brother, Dossey Jones (Emily); sisters, Dorothy Lee Parker (Charles), Lauranne Reese (Harvey); and Helen Kidd (Andrew); and a host of beloved family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Emmett and Gladys Jones; brother, Jake Jones; sisters, Nan Jones and Kathleen Smith. Family will receive friends today (Friday, April 27, 2012) from 6-8 p.m. at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home, 3050 West Hundred Rd, Chester VA 23831. Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday April 28, 2012 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. in Crestview Memorial Park, South Hill, VA.
