Walter Patton "Pat" Moore

Walter “Pat” Moore,47, of Hopewell, passed Tuesday, May 3, 2016. Born in Hopewell, he was the son of the late Walter S. Moore and Jean Browder Moore . He is survived by his sons Joshua Alan Moore, Walter Tristan Moore; his beloved dog “Max”; sister, Bettie Moore Nickerson and her husband Charles; nephew, Jimmy Nickerson; special cousins, Alan Moore, Travis Jacobs and many other cousins, family and friends, along with special friend, Debbi Garland. Walter was a diehard Redskins and Nascar fan he was also a big Hopewell Blue Devils fan. He also liked boating ,fishing, and his motorcycles. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2016 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Southlawn Memorial Park, 1911 Birdsong Rd. S. Prince George, VA 23805.
