Wanda Evans Mcneely

Wanda Evans McNeely, 65, of Chester, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2014. She was a member of Covenant Christian Fellowship Church in Colonial Heights; where she managed the church thrift shop. Mrs. McNeely retired after 15 plus years as an accounting clerk for the Petersburg City School System. She is preceded in death by her parents, Malton and Barbara Craft Evans. Mrs. McNeely is survived by her husband of 45 years, Don McNeely; sons, Michael McNeely and his wife, Michelle, and Scott McNeely and his wife, Jill; grandchildren, Caleb and Taylor McNeely, Logan, Landon, and Averie Moore; brother, Mark Evans; brothers-in-law, Stephen McNeely and his wife, Judy, and Gary McNeely and his wife, Bonny; sister-in-law, Pauline Hayden; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2014 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Bermuda Memorial Park.
