Wanda Cline Todd, 69, of Chester, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2016. Born in Danville, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Minnie Johnson Cline. Wanda was a member of Chester Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Cherie Holberg; sister, Vickie Cline Morgan (William); two granddaughters; two nieces; two grandnieces; one grandnephew; step-mother, Becky Cline and father, Edgar Cline, Jr. All services will be private.
